Kama Coffee is a mobile barista service that brings the essence of Melbourne's vibrant coffee culture directly to your event. Based in Melbourne, Victoria, Kama Coffee is dedicated to sourcing and roasting only the finest beans, delivering exceptional artisan coffee that stands apart from the traditional café experience.

Founders Natasha and Goran, both passionate coffee lovers with extensive corporate backgrounds, envisioned creating a warm and inviting atmosphere where guests could indulge in high-quality coffee while enjoying personalized service. They recognized that bringing their coffee van to various events would allow them to share their love for coffee and hospitality, leading to the creation of Kama Coffee.

In designing the brand, I aimed to create a visual identity that pops while maintaining a warm, inviting feel, which is why we chose the iconic KAMA orange color. The pre-purchased and customized van dictated many of my design choices; after numerous iterations, we all agreed that the orange was the perfect fit.

The logo design features a unique coffee stain element, which was inspired by a little spill I had while enjoying my own cup of coffee. As I raised my glass to clean beneath it, I noticed the stain on my desk, snapped a photo, and digitally enhanced it to create the circular motif around the words "Kama Coffee." This resulted in a cohesive identity that includes a primary logo, a secondary logo, and a logo mark. Additionally, I designed menu cards, stickers for the van, and business cards to complete their branding.

With a commitment to excellence and a flair for brewing a diverse range of coffee styles, Kama Coffee has garnered a loyal following and continues to make each event special with its exceptional offerings.
