Open Studio is a beloved Melbourne institution, renowned for its vibrant live music scene, delightful cocktails, and mouth-watering crepes. Operating for over 15 years, this iconic venue combines a quaint antique aesthetic with a lively atmosphere, making it a favorite spot for music lovers and friends alike.

When I had the opportunity to collaborate with Open Studio, I was thrilled to contribute to a venue I had frequented myself. My role involved revamping their social media marketing, managing email marketing, and addressing their website requirements.

I designed and developed their new website using Wix, providing a seamless user experience. A key enhancement was integrating the site with Mailchimp to drive subscriber growth, while I used Zapier to ensure a smooth connection between systems. This allowed for automated updates and a streamlined communication flow. Additionally, I created and managed their weekly newsletters, keeping their audience engaged and informed about upcoming events.

Over the 10-month collaboration, I worked closely with Open Studio to increase their social media following, grow their email subscriber list, and boost content output. The project was a resounding success, helping to elevate their online presence and streamline marketing efforts.
